‘Stem Cells on Fibroblast’

Pencil on canvas

The connection between Science and Art, to see the intricate details that create life. Life which then creates art. The process of natural creation encourages the natural urge to create art. The embryonic cells representing the idea that all possibilities are within every cell, which contain information of the entire human body. The potential to become any cell in the body.

‘Abstract Culture’

Acrylic on canvas

An abstract representation of the pluripotent stem cell culture. The study of cells, the alteration of perspectives to shift our understanding of how things work so we can make changes to material reality. This is a form of ART.
